Bill Blanchard

Bill brings a long history of environmental development to E3. He founded the company in 2009 in Colorado followed by initial installations that were completed in Texas and Wyoming. He is highly concentrated on water and environmentally friendly businesses through his holding company, WRB Resources, based in Tampa, Florida. Bill and his family are long-time civic supporters of Tampa and the region where he often serves on volunteer community boards. An avid outdoorsman, he has been instrumental in development of E3’s patented evaporation process while also investing his time and resources in water and soil mitigation businesses.

Alex Petrilak

Alex manages day to day operations for e3 and works closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer requirements. Most recently, Alex was the Managing Principal of a strategic planning consultancy that assisted a wide range of organizations in a variety of industries build their markets sufficient to seek investor or public funding. These markets included but were not limited to disruptive technology, Oil and Gas, FinTech and biopharma. Formerly, Alex was the National Marketing Director of Middle Market Group of Price Waterhouse. Alex holds a degree from the SMU Cox School of Business.

Bill Roberts

Bill is responsible for providing support for all of E 3’s sales and administrative affairs with a focus on marketing to selected markets. He joined E 3 in 2014 after a distinguished career in the telecommunications business where he was responsible for the startup of over 35 new business operations and as an innovator of new entertainment technologies. As a former professional lobbyist, and licensed Realtor for 30 years, he brings extensive knowledge of regulatory matters, government relations, and land uses to E3.

Robin Leiby

Robin has an extensive background in developing business, marketing, and real estate. She is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing content strategy, and lead generation. Robin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of South Florida. She is active in several professional and philanthropic organizations and has resided in Tampa for over 25 years.

Richard Callahan

Richard has over four decades of experience in natural resource management, environmental consulting and strategic land use planning. His engineering, biological and land use expertise provides E3 Solutions a comprehensive perspective on water resources management and large-scale surface water and stormwater enhancement and management programs. Richard has been on a numerous advisory committees and task forces developing regulations, policies and research programs for water management, wetlands, critical habitats and wetland/conservation mitigation banking.

Alex Abbott

Alex supports e3 Solutions in wide array of areas as Customer Care Specialist. His previous technical experience with plumbing, electrical and IT contributes to his understanding of e3 Solutions evaporation technology. From installation to implementation to client interaction to warehouse management, he contributes to the e3 Solutions team. Alex is a proud native of Tampa, Florida.

Jeff Goodrich, Director of Technology

Jeff Goodrich

Jeff supports e3 with design and manufacturing processes. Native to Western Colorado, Jeff studied engineering at Colorado Mesa University and proceeded to work in aerospace manufacturing with a focus on Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) turbine component design and manufacturing. Passionate about design, Jeff started his own mechanical design firm specializing in experimental aircraft and industrial equipment design. In a span of 7+ years Jeff and his team developed thousands of designs for leading companies in the industry. In this timeframe, Jeff also served as Adjunct Professor for Colorado Mesa University teaching advanced mechanical design. Jeff moved to the Tampa area in 2020 to support e3 with next generation motor development. In his free time, Jeff enjoys building and flying experimental aircraft. He is also involved in several kids education programs and loves promoting STEM in schools.

Kyle Knecht

Kyle is e3’s technical expert and ensures that each client has a full understanding of e3’s technology. He provides the customer with the tools and knowledge needed to operate the equipment at its optimal performance and is on call to handle any question or issue that may arise. Kyle and his family are based in Colorado, love the outdoors, and are always looking for opportunities to explore new places.

Ed Butler


Ed has 25+ years of experience providing customers with integrated solutions for their water treatment projects.  Ed has provided solutions for various industrial and environmental water treatment projects including Groundwater Remediation, Oil and Gas produced water, Potable Water, and Landfill Leachate.  He has successfully provided clients with a “Turn-Key”, comprehensive solution including design, proposal preparation, detailed engineering submittals for approval, fabrication oversight, and successful commissioning of over 500+ systems.

Ed grew up in West Texas and attended Howard College in Big Spring and Texas Tech in Lubbock where he majored in Agricultural Engineering.
