Objective
To effectively evaporate 1,400 barrels per day (BPD) of produced water, containing 65,000 ppm of total dissolved solids (TDS), a pH of 6.5, and 4 ppm of oil and grease, while maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.

The Varimax 40 units demonstrated the highest evaporation efficiency-to-energy cost ratio on the market. During summer months, the system achieved an evaporation efficiency exceeding 80% of its throughput capacity, allowing for rapid and effective water reduction.
